REFUND POLICY.

Our products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital files cannot meaningfully be returned, purchases are generally final once the download has been made available.

When we will help

Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, received the wrong file, cannot access your download, or the file is materially defective. We will first try to correct the issue and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

Change of mind

We do not normally refund purchases because you changed your mind, did not use the product or expected content different from what was clearly described before purchase.

Requesting assistance

Email hello@thirtytinythings.com within 14 days of purchase with the email used at checkout and your order number. Do not send payment-card information.

Your legal rights

This policy does not exclude or limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal or consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, may process approved refunds and may apply its buyer terms.
